CLS Cheer Squad Earns 3rd Place at USA Regionals

(IRVINE, CA) -- The CLS Cheer Squad earned a 3rd Place finish at today's USA Regional competition held at Santa Margarita High School. The team's performance qualified it for the USA Nationals, which will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, March 26-28, where it will compete against teams from all over the country.
"The girls did amazing and hit their routine perfectly. They could not have done any better," coach Amy Haney said. "I am so proud of them. The Holy Spirit was so present in our girls today. Our motto for today was 'God is good ALL the time.' The girls worked so hard, and it was a great experience watching them compete, but I am even more proud at how they let their passion for the Lord shine today."
