In conclusion, given the current market situation, it is our opinion that the proposed Orange County High School represents a good opportunity and could attain its target enrollment goal of 450 upon opening. This opinion assumes a first class facility that is adequately promoted within the Orange County market area prior to opening.

Based on the information generated in this study, it appears that there is major interest in the proposed Orange County High School with an estimated opening enrollment for the 2007/2008 school year of 662 students – well above the school’s opening enrollment goal of 450 students.
